Method:
Finishing Circuit
Player with the ball must carry it forward and pass/cross to one of their two teammates.
Once pass/cross is received, players are limited to x number of touches before shooting.
Begin from left and move to the right. Left sided player plays as a left winger, central player plays as a striker, and right sided player plays as a right winger.
Shoot after receiving a pass/cross coming from left, center and right.
Coaching Points:
Ensure that proper shooting technique is being performed (locked ankle, toes pointing down, body facing the target etc.)
3 x 4 minutes - 1 minute in between - switch station between every stoppage

Method :
4v4 + Goalkeepers Shooting Game
Team that is switching in carries the ball in, simulating an attacking transition.
Outside players are used as 'Wall Players' - they have 2 touches maximum
Coaching Points:
Team switching in should look to attack using the same principles in transition: width on both flanks with the striker looking to carry to a side that may create an overload
T2A - keep possession - look to counter and create chances
T2D - if possession is lost look to regain shape and get players behind the ball - win the ball back
Press agressively when out of possession
Use the wall players
When the 3 minutes are up one team in play switches with the team waiting on the side.
3 x 3 minutes - quick crossover

Let the players play and see if what was worked on has improved
Incorporate shooting practices into the game
Encourage creativity, taking risks and shot taking

Organization:
Line up all players on goal line. Begin with light jog to following touchline and back.
Method:
Introduce arm/leg movements alternating with light jog.
Finish with static stretching.
Aim to reduce heart rate back to resting rate and to stretch muscles to remove lactic acid build-up
Review the session - Encourage re-hydration and nutrition
