3v1 Rondo inside the Square
The aim of this Rondo is to overload the defender to keep passing lanes in a triangle shape.
It is a progression from the first Rondo as the players have free movement without the recognition of the corner cones.

4 v 2 Transitional Rondo
Team in possession keep the ball away from the 2 defenders. Upon winning the ball, the defenders play the ball across to their team-mats and follow the pass...the new defenders then travel across and try to win the ball.

Spanish Keepaway to 2 target players
Ball starts with tarhet players who play into attacking team who have to try to pass into their target players. Once they play into target player, their team have to receive ball back and then pass through gate for a point. You can drop the ball back to opposite target player to keep possession. Neutral in middle plays for whichever team has the ball.
