Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
0. Players will dribble the ball while moving at a realistic dribbling speed, from their starting position on the flat marker, throughout the poles then back to their starting position, a player will then run in front of the dribbler * Ensure the player in-front is motivating the player, showing understanding of mechanics
1. Players will dribble the ball while moving at a realistic dribbling speed, from their starting position on the flat marker, throughout the poles then back to their starting position, the player behind starting from the cone will complete a slow jog behind the player while dribbling * Ensure the player is not touching the player just making themselves known, enough to alert the player with the ball
2. Players will dribble the ball while moving at a realistic dribbling speed, from their starting position on the flat marker, throughout the poles then back to their starting position, the player behind starting from the cone will chase the player with the ball trying to win back possession, if possession is won back the player must pass into the small goal *If timings do not add up between players add in footwork for the player chasing to complete

*When racing or not working players will complete specific touches on the ball
1. Toe taps on the ball
2. Inside of the foot passes
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- Races between teams will add a competitive challenge
- Players have to complete the run within a specific time frame or their team has forfeits
