Objective of session to to allow for players to be creative through various sessions incorporating the technical and physical attributes needed. The drills are designed to be fun, competitive and demanding from a speed of play.

Organization:
- make a 20 x 15 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams
- coach plays ball into Blue team - the team must make 3 passes before they play it across to the Red team.
- while ball is played team from Red will come over to the Blue team's side to try and win the ball. if successful they will try to pass the ball back to their team.
Progressions:
- add 2nd defender after "x" passess
- 2 touch and then 1 touch IF POSSIBLE
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- play away from pressure
- don't wait for defender to get close, keep moving the ball and finding space to support (angles)

Organization:
- 15 x 25 yard grid, larger if space permits.
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 4 players each - NO GK
- unlimited touches to all players to start.
- players look to score on small pug net.
- each game is 4mins - each team plays each other once. Winner with most games won
Progressions:
- must score via one-touch or strike with non-dominant foot
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast
- shape = TRIANGLES at all times
- decision making - keep head up
- creativity / attacking mentality

Organization:
- 10x10 or 12x12 grid (keep the challenges short and intense)
- Objective of drill is to be creative and attack the defender straight on.
- Blue and Red player must utilize their speed and agility to get through the cones and accelerate into the grid.
- Players must use deception and try to score on either of their coloured goals
- Player must dribble through gate to score point for team
Coaching Points:
- Take defender head on
- Creativity
- Change of speed and direction once in the grid

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind
