In the same pairs, stand opposite each other as shown. Kick the ball from the floor, aiming for your partner, with the ball going into the air.
This is to practice getting the ball in the air from a corner and free kick scenario. the ball then should be controlled and kicked back in the air.
Go around giving tips on how to get the ball in the air and how to gain accuracy. ie. under the ball, side on

Players aren't allowed to move into other areas. Normal game of football, if the ball is played into the shadded area then the person who has it can't be tackled, to allow for an uniterupted cross to come in, putting the previous drill into a game scenario. A header would be the best way to attack the ball from the cross. (worked on in previous 2 sessions)
3 points for a header - 2 points from scoring from the cross (not using head) - 1 point for a "normal goal"

In pairs stand opposite each other as shown in the picture, the ball is thrown up and then headed back. After the first header, as a unit they shuffle back and keep thwoing and heading untill they get to the opposite side of the pitch. They then swap over and go back to the starting line.
