Battle Game: Ball Grab - 15 Mins
10x10
- Ball in the middle of two players within reach to grab.
- Coach will yell out commands, Head, players touch head. Down, players go to ground. Etc.
- When coach yells ball one player wins it by grabbing the ball. If they both have a hold of the ball they must try and yank it from the opponent.
- Best of 3 and winners advance higher up ranks. Promotion/Relegation.

Everyone has a ball.
Place the ball between your legs and have the team in a grid 10x12 (tight space to challenge each other).
Cannot touch the ball once between your legs, must move or be active in the grid to challenge.
Players punch out the ball of other players and try to keep theirs in tight. If your ball gets punched out, have to do penalty (burpees, star jumps, etc.) to get back in.

2v1 to Endline on Same field (2, 2v1 at same time)
Coach passes ball out to players who get open to the sides.
Once pass is made the game is live and the blue defenders can pressure.
Also, the 2nd attackers on top of grid become active and try and work with 1st attacker to dribble ball past endline.
If defense wins the ball they try and score in the counter goals.
Play is continous for 3 mins. Then Offense and defense switch for antoher 3 min.
After both teams play offense, team with most points wins.

Now all players play together to make it 4v2.
