Set Up: *15x10 Box with 2 pug nets in opposite corners at each end of the grid.
* Two teams lined up single file at a starting point behind opposite pug nets.*
* Two balls placed beside each pug net
* Two gates
Instructions: When the coach signals "go" players will race against each other around the grid and come through the opposite gate to finish with a shot on the pug net.
Coaching Points: Speed, finishing on the inside of the foot.
Progressions & Constraints: Have players run backwards for the first 10 yards. Finish only with the left foot. Expand the grid to a longer distance. Place obstacles along the 15 yard stretch.
