When attacking the whole team attacks, the midfielder sits a little bit behind the forward and can make a delayed run, the wide players push forward to make a 1-1-3
The defender pushes higher up the field to keep the play in the attacking half. The defender needs to be aware of the attacker and stay between the attacker and the goal (goal side).
The goalkeeper should be on the edge of the box and can act as a sweeper to any long balls

When goalkeeper has ball in hands our wide midfielder move wide and back to give the GK two options for passes. Goalkeepers need to use the full length of their penalty box.
We keep a player in the middle who must stay goalside (between ball and the goal) of any attackers.
