Setup: Area with a small goal at either end or large with GK. 2 teams that are situated at cones on the outside of the pitch with one team with footballs (defenders) and the other team (attackers) without footballs. The defender starts the game by dribbling cone in the middle and passes to the attacker opposite who has to receive the ball. Once they’ve received the ball, they have to choose a direction and goal that they will attack. If the defender wins the ball, they can score themselves in the opposite goal. Regularly rotate attackers and defenders.
