Session is aimed at improving players decision making and speed of play. There will also be a lot of team building exercises that are geared at reminding or teaching the players about responsibility and team work.

Organization:
Goalkeepers are in Blue/Yellow
Field Players in Red/white or blue/yellow
8V8 game
One team plays in a 3-3-1 formation other in a 2-3-3
Instructions:
Players play the rules of the game and try to beat the opposition
Coaching Points:
1. Players should try to display techniques and skills learned throughout the season in game
2. Passing distribution should be a leading pass to teammate

Organization:
- 8-16 players playing 1v1v1v1 set up as shown
- Each team is assigned a Goal with 3 cones (lives)
- Coach becomes referee/ball server
Instructions:
1. Players must use skill moves and try to score in any of the three other opponents net.
2. Every time a team concedes a goal they lose a life - must knock down a cone.
3. When a team has lost all its lives + goal itself (bonus life) that team becomes ghost players. they must turn their goal down and still try to get other teams to become ghost by scoring in their net.
4. The last team remaining at the end of the game is the LONE SURVIVOR
Coaching Points:
- Players must make a decision to attack other teams or defend their goal
- Players must be quick to get to the ball first and also if they must transition from attacking someone's goal to defending their own.
- Aggressive and commanding of the ball at all times
Progressions:
1. Players can get a bonus life for scoring a goal without conceding one/ or scoring 2 goals the same round

Organization:
- Playing Area is half of field/whatever space available set up as shown
- Players are divided into 3 even teams, with two teams playing each other and one team on the side
- Four small goals placed on the field as shown
Instructions:
- Players play for 4 mins or first to 1/2 goals.
- Each team is attacking and defending two goals
- After goal is scored or time is called time on deck quickly transitions in to be defending team and losing team goes to sideline
Coaching Points:
- Speed of play is important throughout the game
- transition between games must be quick
- commit opponents to the dribble and set up passing combinations or use passing option as decoy and take the ball to goal yourself
- there must be lots of communication especially when passing. Players must state the combination they would like to work so receiving players knows the type of touch to take
- awarnes of which goal as less or no pressure at all and play to that goal
Progressions:
- A player cannot score consecutive goals
- 2/1 touch passes and or finishes
- to score all players must be across the half

- Use laces to shoot at all times
- Players should communicate I'm open to teammates when they are in good positions
- Players should SHOOT/play ball into open space when they see no option to pass

Team Talk (5 mins)
Organization:
- Players get into a circle as shown
- Coach Stands outside the circle answers questions whenever necessary
Instructions:
- One ball is introduced to the group which as various questions about team and player roles
- Players have to toss the ball around and whichever question the right thumb lands on the players have to answer that question as it relates to the team.
Coaching Points:
- Players need to be very honest with themselves and teammates
- Its a fun activity so have as much fun as possible
- everyone gets to make a point for themself.
