Organization:
- For cones set up in an inverted trapezoid shape as shown above
- 2 lines of players behind the cones outside the box
- 2 mini goals to each side of the big goal
- 2 poles separating the big goal in 3 areas (As shown)
Instructions:
- Player from column A passes inside the trapezoid to player from line B. They play a give and go and player A shoots.
- Points are given depending on where the goal is scored.
Coaching Points:
- Head UP before shooting (especially in the mini goal)
Progressions/Regressions:
- Left side

Organization:
- Defensive/Attacking third
- Line of cones at 3/4 mark as shown above
- All players do this drill simultaneously (Each with a ball)
Instructions:
- Player starts at the line where cones are and dribbles towards the 18. Stops the ball at the 18, runs back without the ball to the cones, and runs back to the ball and shoots. After player shoots, goes get the ball and repeats.
- Player is done after 3 consecutive goals. If player misses, he/she goes get the ball and restarts.
Coaching Points:
- Endurance and overcoming fatigue
- Shot becomes sloppier when player is tired (focus on keeping right technique)

Warm Up (Shooting Drill) (20 mins)
Organization:
- Player stands between the penalty spot and the 18 yard box and faces a line of players standing outside of the box at an angle as show above
Instructions:
- Pass to the player in the box (give and go) and take shot.
Coaching Points:
- Angle of approach - off center
- Head up to observe the position of the GK
- Head down at the point of contact
- Non-kicking foot places to side, slightly behind the ball Ankle locked, TOE DOWN
- Contact foot - laces (instep)
- Body weight forward
- Chest over the ball when at time of contact
- Land on the kicking foot
Progressions/Regressions:
- Go to the left side as well.
