Goalkeepers will work on the fundamental basics of receiving correctly. Will have different variations of distribution while being static/dynamic with pressured situations.

Warm Up
Goal Keepers will work on their directional first touch & distribution with different variations. (Static) (Inside/Outside of the foot) (Open body & across the body) (Receive ground & Air pass)(2 Touches)

1st Distribution Drill
Goal Keepers will receive in between & outside of cones. Target passes will be longer. The coach will announce which goal or goalkeeper to pass to, creating quick thinking during pressured situations for the goalkeeper.
(Dynamic) (Inside & outside of the foot) (Inside of the foot pass & driven passes) (1-2 Touches) (Receive on the ground or Air)

Distribution Drill
(Drill will occur on both sides of the field)
Goalkeepers will receive the ball from the coach on the ground or air. (Outside Back/ Centerback).
The goalkeeper will be dynamic & check-in for the ball.
Receiving with the back foot to switch the game to the weak side or use the front foot to receive and playback to the same side, creating different variations of pressure from a forward.
At times a coach will announce which defender to pass to, creating real game-pressured situations. Long & short passes.
(Inside & outside of the foot) (Inside of the foot pass & driven passes to center back/outside back on the ground or air) (1-2 Touches)
15-25 minutes

Final Drill (Game)
The goalkeeper will receive a driven ball from the coach in the air.
The goalkeeper will catch/control the ball & give a driven pass from inside the box.
Each keeper will receive a total of 10 passes with the freedom to choose what point they want to acquire.
The keeper with the most points wins. Others will receive a quick and fun punishment.
(Driven Ball) (5 Seconds to release)
10 Minutes
Goalkeeper training will be approximately 1 hour long & the other hour in a team environment.
