Coaching Points

~~players will listen to your comands of the game ( heads, Knees and cones)
~~ players with there hands will complete what you shout -- head , knees, elbow , foot, coulor of cone
~~ for them to gain a point over partner they must be first to grab the coulor of cone that you shout
~~ put cone back down and start again giving comands
