Organizational / Instructions

~~ everyone bibbed up

~~ 5 red, 5 white, 5 yellow, 5 green

~~ one of each cone shaped in a tight diamond

Coaching Points

~~two players around cones

~~players will listen to your comands of the game ( heads, Knees and cones)

~~ players with there hands will complete what you shout -- head , knees, elbow , foot, coulor of cone

~~ for them to gain a point over partner they must be first to grab the coulor of cone that you shout

~~ put cone back down and start again giving comands

Progressions / Adaptations

~~ mix up who they are against

~~ different comands such as -- high knees , squat ,press up

~~ face away from the cones

~~ sitting down facing cones

~~ sitting down facing away from coones

~~ lying down on floor back on ground

~~ lying down stomach on ground
