After shot 1, shooter spins to combine for lay off with next line, ball is sent wide then ball is played along ground for finish (1 defender is active)
Progression:
Manequin moved inside to present give and go opportunity
Coaching points:
Cross along the ground when possible
Front and back post runs must be timed. Get there later but get there faster

Final Game 7v7
As close as possible to game model for age group- 11v11.
*** Of course this, along with the size of the pitch may need to be adapted to the number of players present in training.

After phase 2 both players check towards the center, one short and one long, the person who' long' receives the ball, lays off to the person wide, then both players run into the box with the person playing the initial support, providing balance at top of box (2 defenders active)
Progression:
The other winger can come inside to create 4v2
