Method: Dribbling and Passing drill
- Make 6 groups of 3 players with one ball each.
- Split each group into 2 and 1 player.
- Players with the balls dribble across the field to get to the other end.
- Players with the balls dribble to the halfway and pass the ball to the one at the other end.
Coaching Points:
- Lots of touches while dribbling
- Encourage players to use different parts of foot, inside, outside and sole of foot.
- Keep your back straight while dribbling.
- Passing accuracy
- Smash the ball to make each pass hard.
