Organization:
Three teams play 6v3+6. Play starts in a 6v3 rondo with 3 cover defenders in the middle channel. Points are scored by playing a pass on the ground through the 3 cover defenders to the waiting 6 attackers in the far channel. If defenders win the ball they must play the cover players who play the waiting 6 waiting attackers then transition to take the spots of the team who lost the ball.

Organization:
Grey plays in a 1-4-3-0 and blue plays in a 0-0-3-3. Play starts by blue striking the ball at the goalkeeper from outside the 18 yard box. Blue gets a point for scoring or drops to encourage the opposition to play short. Play is live from the goalkeeper's hands upon their save.

Organization:
Three teams play two touch combinations in the 30x30 square. When a color is called that team may shoot on one of the small target goals. If a goal is scored then the team is rewarded with one point. The two other teams who are not called may press to regain the ball. If the team regains the ball then they may score within two touches.
