Organization: Players in pairs, each with a ball. Each set/group has a row of 5 cones about 1 yard apart and then a 6th cone about 10 yards beyond.
Instructions: Players weave through tight cones with a variety of touches race to last cone, performs a turn, and get back to start as quickly as possible. Then partner goes. Change type of touches and turn every 2 minutes. Every 3 changes, add fitness activity in. Touches, Turns, Activities include:
Touches - inside of both feet, right foot only, left foot only, outsides of both feet only, push-stop (at each cone), pull Vs, sole rolls though cones.
Turns - Inside chop, outside chop, stepover turn, emerson (ronaldo) chop, cryuff turn, maradona turn
Activities - feet together & jump over cones, 1 footed jump over cones right foot only, left foot only, touch each cone then back to beginning like a relay race.
Coaching Points: little light touches, keep control of ball and keep ball close, head up, change of pace/touches when through tight cones, and then get back to the begginning as fast as you can. Try to go as fast as possible while under control.

Organization: 2 cones about 15 yards apart. 2 players per cone.
Instructions: 1st player of each group dribbles at each other performs move and goes to the opposite cone. Then next pair goes. Note - if the players run into each other in the middle, then either timeing of move is off and player needs to start the move earlier OR player is completing the move with the wrong foot.
Moves to include: Right footed scissors, left footed scissors, right footed stepover, left footed stepover, right footed mathews, left footed mathews, right and left footed Vs, right and left footed sole roles, etc.
Coaching Points: Timing of move, weight of touch to get past opposing player, keep head up to see player in front of you, change of pace after completing move.

Organization: 2 small cone goals about 15 yard apart. Groups of players onn opposite end of field, players on end with goals have balls.
Instructions: Defensive player passes to offensive player who recieves, performs move to get around defender, and tries to dribble though either of the cone goals to score. Players switch lines.
Coaching Points: Encourage (or require) moves to go forward to get around defender. Change of pace after beating defender.

Organization: Players in 2 groups behind coach. 2 cone goals about 15 yards apart.
Instructions: Playing 1v1, coach plays a ball into field and players race to the ball, perform turn to beat opponent, and score by dribbling though either of the small cone goals.
Coaching Points: Encourage (or require) use of turns to beat opponent. After turning, change of pace to score. Turn the opposite direction of the pressuring defender.

Organization: 2 small cone goals about 20 yards apart.
Instructions: Players play 1v1 and score by dribbling through either of the small cone goals. Play begins with a pass from defending player, opposite player recieves and players play 1v1 and try to score by dribbling through either of the small cone goals. Players switch lines and next pair goes.
Coaching Points: Encourage moves and turns to beeat opponent. Change of pace to get through the cone goals without getting caught.

Instructions: On coaches command, players perform toe taps, bells, push-pull, sole rolls, drag stepover, drag scissors, one footed V, two footed V, etc. and any variety of moves for ball mastery
Coaching Points: soft controlled touches, on toes, quality and speed of movements and touches. Keep head up.
