Description
Players start at line 1. Shooting into the middle of the goal, with the correct technique allows them th progress to line 2. Shooting from the blue cone into the far corner will allow them to progress once more into line 3.
Progression
- Competition: First person to make it past line 3 wins.
- Missing target moves you down a line.
- Shot must be off the ground.

Description
First player in line dribbles out and shoots before the halfway line. It is important to note, that the goals have been moved in significantly - at least to the top of the goal area - until players are no longer challenged by this distance. After shooting, the player retrieves the ball as fast as possible in order for the next person in line to take their turn. First team to 10 goals wins.
Progression
- Must score in the opposite corner
- Swtich which way the line approaches goal so they must shoot into the other corner

Description
Players cannot shoot in the goalie area. 3 goals are awarded if the shot is off the ground and in the corner.
