15x15 grid w/5x5 center grid
Players divided up into corners
2 balls on each corner
At same time first player in each corner dribbles out around their adjacent cone on center grid then passes back to next player in the line they came from
Player then executes exercise at the station they approach
After completing exercise they then go to back of next line and continue
A) side step cones then do 2 footed hop over balls then side step next cones
B) 2 feet in each space on ladder
C) Side step cones
D) 2 feet in and 1 foot out of each space on ladder going across

A overlaps C and receives pass

B/E stay in grid

2 side by side 10x20 grids separated by 2 yds
4 blue and 2 green to a grid - have additional green ready to defend
5 balls on end of each grid with starting player on bottom of grid
Attempt to get all 5 balls to the blue on the other end
Starting player feeds a ball into one of the central blues
If defender wins ball his job is to pass back to starting blue player
Coaching points:
Body position to receive pass and see the playing area and players
Allows fewer touches which speeds play
Proper pace and accuracy of passes
Pace of play

2 side by side 10x20 grids separated by 2 yds divided into 3 areas
Pairs of players in each grid
Players in outside grids attempt to play ball from end to end to each other
Blue starts with ball
1 green can come into the blue grid to defend and attempt to win ball
1 orange can come into central zone to act as pivot player
If green wins ball they pass to the other team and take the area of the team they won the ball from. Team that lost the ball goes into central grid
Coaching points:
Body position to receive pass and see the playing area and players
Allows fewer touches which speeds play
Proper pace and accuracy of passes
Pace of play
Find space to receive the ball or draw a defender out of position

Once 10 have arrived split into 2 4v1 and continue to add on to each group. Next arriving go inside to make a 2v4, then continue to add on to outside keeping 2 in the middle...4v2, 5v2..etc.
