Warm up,
1) game of tail tag with a bib hanging out of the back off their shorts like a donkeys tail. the aim is to dribble the ball around keeping it under control while trying to pinch as many tails as they can. Also lifting their heads for good vision and so not to bump into each other- 5 minutes
2) stuck in the mud (every one will have a soccer ball) 10 minutes
Coaching Points
1) Keeping the ball close to their feet
2) Keeping their head Up
3) laces to dribble

War Zone (dogeball rules)
- Players are split into two teams
- players have to use the soccer balls to pass the ball through the middle gates. (1 point)
- if the score through the small goals at the end (5 points)
- if players are hit with the ball they are out untill a team scores in the end goals
coaching points
- inside of the foot pass
- ankle locked
- non kicking foot (pointing)

2v2,3v3 or 4v4 small sides game encourage the players to dribble keeping the ball under control. Try to pass to feet and lifting their heads for good vision. Also encourage the players to make the pitch big and spread out rather than all of them chasing the same ball like a swarm of bees
