Techniques (15 mins)
THE SESSION:
Group of 2 or 3 depending on the number of players.
Players do tippy tappy to the center and do turning techniques near the center spot.
Then run with the ball as quickly as possible.
As soon as the partner comes back to the gate, the next person can go.
Tippy Tappy techniques can be:-
inside touches
sole of foot tap
inside-outside
outside-outside-stop, etc
Turning techniques can be:-
inside hook
outside hook
drug back, etc
PROGRESSIONS:
1) Introducing the forward move
When a player infront reaches to the center, the next play starts.
When 2 players are just about to meet, both players do the forward move.
Forwar moves can be:-
Drop shoulder
Step over
Scissors, etc
