Stage 2 (1v1 2v2)
Starts with a long punt/drop kick from blue to red. Red controls the ball from the air and tries to get their head up early and find an easy shot on one of the three goals. Red must shoot before they cross the cone line to encourage long distance shooting and to work on accuracy. The blue defender can go anywhere with no restrictions. If the blue team wins the ball they can shoot the ball anywhere over red's line to get a goal themselves.
Can progress to a 2v2 3v3.
Work on first touch out of the air and how to be accurate with your ball striking. Demonstrate strong instep shooting as well as shooting with you laces. Encourage players to get their heads up and shoot early on the most open goal.

Stage 3 (Game to Finish)
All players involved in a game to finish. If a ball goes out or a goal is scored the coach plays a ball into the air back into the grid from the outside to continue having the players work on control out of the air under pressure. Goalkeepers defend two goals and can use their hands inside their rectangular area only. Goalies don't need to stay in their area they have complete freedom but hands are only allowed in their area.
No players besides goalkeepers are allowed in the rectangular areas by the goals to encourage longer shot taking and ball striking. Swap players in the goalkeeper areas every 2-3 minutes.

Stage 1 (Warm up)
Soccer Bowling
Two cones are set up for each team with a soccer ball placed on top. Each team gets a chance to shoot their ball at the balls placed on the cones. If you knock a ball off a cone you get a point. If you miss the cones with the initital strike, your two teammates standing behind the cones get one touch to try and deflect the ball into a cone and knock the ball off
Looking for players to keep their head down, striking through the middle of the ball, and getting their plantfoot right next to the ball. Players trying to deflect are on their toes and should work on anticipating the ball.
