HIGH INTESITY INTERVAL DRILL
Box to box or 80 metres within 15 seconds with 30 seconds recovery.
8 to 10 rep set.
Ball work incorparated recovery (30 seconds) passing ball in pairs.
Disguised running with some technical work i.e 1 touch or left/right foot.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL WORK
Passing and moving in centre circle low intensity
On whistle team 1 (bibbed team) leave centre circle and sprint to corner flag and back to centre circle.
Once all players return team 2 (non bibs) repeat after whitsle.
Players have 16 seconds to complete drill with around 45 seconds recovery.
Reps 5 to 8.

SIDED GAME
Sided game to finish off session limit number of touches as and when suits.

SHORT SHARP RUNS
Exercise 1
Sprint through to cone 1, Turn and sprint to cone 2, Then sprint through to cone 3. Finish on cone 3.
Exercise 2
Sprint to posistion 4, Sprint to 5 through to 6, Return to posistiion 4 then through to 7. Finish on 7.
5 sets at each exercise then 3 sets with ball.
