Warm Up (15 mins)

Rules and Conditions

Players to dribble around area with a focus on: Left foot only; right foot only; insides only; outsides only. Skill moves: Scissor, Fake and take. Ball Manipulation moves: Toe taps, Rubber bands

Progressions

5 players chosen to be defenders. Defenders have 1 minute to clear the area of all balls. When a player's ball is kicked out, they can help another player keep their ball in by supporting the them (receiving a pass). If a ball is still in the area after 1 minute, the defenders get fired. If not, they keep their job.

Conditioned Game (20 mins)

Set Up

Split field into thirds. Each area has three goals on each side.

Rules and Conditions

Teams play 5v5+2N. Each team has 2 Gk's. The 2 Gk's have to cover three goals and can shuffle across to cover the third goal as long as the Gk's move together and stay in adjacent goals. Team in possession has 2 neutrals and has to try and score against their opponent. Team in possession can score in any of their opponent's three goals.
