2 touches. when you lose possession, you become the pressing team.
5 minutes work - break - 4 minutes work.
Angle, combinations and knowing when to play the longer pass then quality of it.

Y Passing Drill -
Play to the side for the player to recieve on backfoot and turn out.
Coaching points -
Pass needs to be firm and along the floor. Not into their body but on the angle fot them to turn.
Turn - Body position so that you can turn out the way you are playing. Receive on back foot then play on the second touch.
Social - Call for the ball and demand onto a foot.
Move off the cone when receiving so you are not standing still
Progression -
Lay back in middle - Spin out - original player plays longer pass.
Progression 2 -
1-2 at the top end of the drill. Try and play the set off in 1 touch to ensure speed of play.
Pass appreciation is key.
