Set up: SAQ hurdles, hoops & colour cones ball in middle facing the goal.
Format: players work through the hurdle fast feet into hoop, coach calls colour cone, players race around the colour called to finish 1v1 into goal.

Set Up: Full pitch with 2 goals with a GK in either goal. Organise 2 teams, with the attackers being split into two with half the attackers next to either goal. The attackers should be organised into pairs and have a ball between too. The defending team begin on the outside of the pitch and are also in pairs but without a ball. The game begins with a pair of attackers travelling with the ball trying to attack one of the goals, as soon as they enter the pitch two defenders come from the side of the pitch and must defend. Once they score, the next pair come into attack. The defenders have to try and win the ball back and score in one of the two goals.
Progressions: Make it 3v2 in either favour

Set Up: Area 10x25 yrds, 2 target goals at one end, players set up as shown. Player 1 passes to 2 who takes 1st touch forward, Def then comes active, Player decision to attack 1v1 or use player 3 for a wall pass to finish in either goal. Player 1 moves to 2. Rotate 3 & def after set time.
