Keepers to receive back pass from defender, 1/A with open body position and allowing positive stepping to be able to distibute the bal to winger, 2/B. Keeper the receives from defender, 3/C and distibute to 4/D. Repaeat practice twice before keeper change.

SSG; 2v2 in center area
Function of SSG is for keepers and wingers to maintain posession.
Green Bib = Defenders
Red Bib = Attackers
Blue Bib = Wingers
Keeper to receive back pass from a winger and look to give ball to a wing back or deep winger for link up pass to attackers to set up a shot.
Eg 1 to keeper to 3 to A and shoot.
Keeper being attacked to control defender with voice command of block shot/show outside.
Once Attackers receive the ball from a winger they get 5 seconds maximum to score. A miss results in a goal kick which keeper has 6 options to attack opposite goal.
If defender wins possession they are to perform wide play or back pass to sestart the process again.
Attackers can also pressure the keepers on a back pass.
