36 x 44 yds with a full size goal and GK at one end and three small goals at the other end
Exercise
teams play 3 v3 on the pitch
extra teams of 3 behind 3 goals
attackers on the pitch try to score on full goal.
after score or miss the GK feeds the defending team who must play themselves out and pass in to one of the small goals
attackers can win the ball and score again and repeat the sequence
defenders score the attackers now become the defenders against three new attackers

GK starts play with service to center backs wide space
center back will play other center back
5 players recover to good starting positions to attack goal again
center back will decide to play A, B, or C pass and attackers will attack goal and finish

Defensive transition after building attack is loss in own half
half field 8 v 7, 8 has no forwards/wingers with GK, 7 is back four and front 3 with full goal
Organization
Gk, back four and center midfielders are in own attack in building attack shape
blue attacking group will counter attack full goal to score, no more than 6 passes
gray defensive group will press, shift, and deny penetration to goal if win ball must possess for 10 passes for goal
each moment will begin at either position A, B, or C
attacking group will begin with ball
position A will use short pass back to center defender and this is cue to immediate press
position B will use intermediate pass to SPOA to opposite center back
center back will vary next long pass either central or wide
