Organisation and Setup

8 Players 4 reds and 4 blues

4 mannequins in 15x15 diamond with red cone 5 yards behind each mannequin for resting/directing player to stand on

1 orange and 1 white bib per resting player so 4 of each.

Red players pass ball around diamond safe side of mannequins. Once quality and tempo is good the resting players (blues) will hold up either a white or orange bib , before player receives. Receiving player must shout out colour bib before they receive the ball.

Players work for 1 minute rest for 1 minute. Swap direction each time ( clockwise/anti clockwise)

Progression 1

White bib means keep going same direction around diamond and orange bib means change direction of pass.

White bib means receive ball backfoot behind mannequin and orange bib will mean receive ball and take frontfoot inside mannequin before passing.

Example above as player A passes ball player 1 raises orange bib.Player B checks shoulder sees bib and takes ball inside mannequin before passing. As ball is passed player 2 raises white mannequin , player C checks shoulder sees bib and takes ball backfoot behind mannequin.
