Players must stay in their Squares. This will create a 2vs1 in each Square.

Ball Can be played into any square to any player on the possession team. Possession team must look to make the squares as big as possible, move off the ball to help each other, and have good quality on their first touch and passing.

Defending team must work hard to close down and force the ball out of the square or win it back.
