players keep head up using speed encouraging players to express themselfs 1v1 2v2 using there skill against the defender also encourage winning ball back to start an attack and decision making with passing knowing when to pass. take defender on using certain skills depending on group ability

Screen 1 (20 mins)

ball mastery technical drill there are two teams. players all having a ball red and blue teams facing each other between there cones on coaches call first player in each group dribble into the middle once there they push the ball to turn with outside of there foot to dribble and excelerate through there coloured gates then joining the opposite team encourage players to use speed and confidence once players have gone through gate next player in line can go so players shouldnt be standing around long.next progression you could tell younger players your learning a skill ronaldo robben etc using one of there heroes makes session more fun so when they get to middle they could do a ronaldo stepover etc depending on your groups ability

Screen 2 (30 mins)

1v1/2v2 reds v reds blues v blues one line from each colour start with the ball first one from the line passes ball to opposite line the player recieving the ball becomes the attacker the passer becomes the defender 1v1 the attacker has to use a skill or one what they have been practicing to get past defender and score in the two small goals opposite tell defender if he wins ball back he then can attack on the other goals

2v2 now blue v reds coach stands in corner with balls and passes to one of the colours reds have to score red goals blues in blue goals using there skills and introducing passing finishing making sure they are expresing them selfs.tell kids its a world cup game england v argentina keeping score to add challenge
