4 v 4 Mini Tournament (30 mins)

Players into even teams of 4 (or 3 if low numbers)
Use keepers if available (adjust numbers if only 1 keeper)

Play 5 min sets keeping score on a white board

Within each set

1pt for a goal

2pts for a deflection

2 pts if a keeper scores

Each team plays each other once keeping score of the set pts.

Winning a set = 2pts

Drawing a set = 1pt

Losing a set = 0pts

When everyone has played each other (and if enough time)

Top two teams play off

Bottom two teams play off

Adjust the time for each set depending on time left.
