- 3 neutral players maintain possession with outside players
- If the team of 4 inside BLUES win a ball, there is a transition with the first pass to the neutral (YELLOW) outside and swap with REDS
- Encourage fast tempo, positions play and quick transition
- Play up to 5 mins games and rotate players
