PASSING: HORSESHOES
In pairs with one ball between
Play a stationary ball at distance to your partner. Partner has one touch to knock the cone with the incoming ball. if successful the team of two receives a point. First team to 3 points wins
Progress:
Serve a moving ball
Ball must be serve in the air (flighted or driven ball)
Receiving player can juggle as needed to knock ball off the corner

Get in line with the ball

CROSSING STANFORD
Two teams compete in center with four neutrals.
Play begins with a goalkeeper.
If ball is played to the closest neutral they play forward to the farthest one, they cross ball
If ball is played to the farthest neutral, they drop to the closest neutral who crosses
Progression
If ball is played to closest Neutral (defensive zone) they look to play a forward through ball to the team in possession
