Instructions
1. team of 3 in possession of the ball will start in the middle third playing against 1 defender
2. after completing 3 passes they must now a support player on either side and 2 attackers must now support that play in order to complete another 3 passes to keep moving the ball up and down the thirds
3. player that makes a bad pass or takes a bad touch of play becomes the defender
