1 x Lean forward touch ground stretch back opposite leg out (try to get parallel)
1 x Lean forward kick back leg out straight (controlled)
3 quick steps, bounce to right, 3 quick steps bounce to left facing forward
3-5 quick steps bounce to right landing on one-foot repeat opposite side
2 steps quick shuffle to left right touching the ground each time get to a side
2 x Full pace runs
2 x Forwards to top cone, backwards to start, explode to top.

Ball Movement (6 Balls)
1. Players have free movement and max 2 touches on the ball (4 balls)
2. Players have 3 touches, pass and go to outside line then back in (3/4 balls)
3. Possession with 2 players from one team on the "Y" and 2 players from opposite team on the "X"
4. Overload possession (6v4) (8v2) etc.

Quick Feet (Divide group in 2 and start at "X")
Complete 2 sets each side
Over cones facing forwards moving sideways (2 feet inbetween), sprint at end
In and out facing forwards moving sideways, sprint
In and out backwards turn and sprint
Face opposite que and move forward (1 foot in each space), turn and sprint
