1 - Push the ball out infront of you
2 - As approach the cone stretch over the ball and cut it with the inside of the foot
3 - Spin around the ball as your foot touches it
4 - Repeat
Outside Foot Twist Off
1 - Dribble to the cone with a selected foot
2 - With outside of the same foot stop the ball
3 - As you stop it turn & accelerate away
4 - Repeat
