Tech Passing (15 mins)
Players stand to the side of one cone each with the 5th player starting the session
Players play a firm pass to the player on the rotating cone and follow the pass, the next player plays a pass and follows again going around in the square zone
Concentrate on the mechanics of the pass and weight of pass to the next player
Progressions and regressions
coach can shout switch at any time to change direction of the passes
speed up or slow down to concentrate on mechanics
increase or decrease the area used

3v3+4
2 teams of 3 (red and blue) play against each other trying to pass from one end of area to the other to score point they must pass to neutral player (black) on outside of area
2 Neutral players in field are always on passing team
they can use as many passes as they like but all 3 members must pass once before passing to neutral player
encourage players to make angles and runs to pass and receive into
progressions and regressions
can alter playing area
can change position of in field neutral players to outside area on sides
