Set up as shown - 1 defender on side angle with balls and one attacker. Defender passes the first ball to attacker and then sprints to the second ball, attacker must shoot on goal within 3 touches. Once shot, the defender plays the second pass and then presses the attacker to create 1 v 1. both players shoot on goal, change start positions and rotate after time limit or shots.

set up as shown - 3 attackers vs 2 defenders. Attackers start with the ball from angle with a pass or dribble, defenders can press on first touch. attackers look to score on big goal, defenders look to win the ball and dribble over halfway line and shoot on opposite goal. Play to goal or time limit and rotate sides.

Set up 20 x 20 area with 2 players on each corner and first 4 players with a ball each. 1 player from each corner dribble to the middle cone at the same time, then play forward pass to receiver in the next corner and follow pass. make competitive and change direction.
