Method : Goalkeeper - warm up - move onto quick reactions/recovery
3 footballs and 5/6 different coloured cones.
Start with simple throwing at the Gk(B) difference heights-one handed-over head - rolling along the ground- quick one touch foot work.
Also add - as the keeper throws the ball back or makes a save he's jumping to hit the crossbar.
Then switch it up- coach calls a colour- gk runs and touches cone then runs backwards just as coach kicks/throws ball. Repeat at A B C locations.
Could change to just running around cone, possibly add second keeper.
Coaching Points: Is his Body shape - feet - hands in a good position. High ball cradle catch, getting his body behind the shot, when diving and holding onto the ball keep one hand on top of the ball. Hands in the W position when catching.
