Method: 

RED TEAM

  • Ball starts with the GK in the middle of the Goal
  • CB`s outside the box wide and in a position to receive the ball.
  • The objective is to play out from the back a straight into the small goals to score a point
  • You can only score once you pass the green line.
BLUE TEAM
  • Striker starts between the two Centre backs
  • the minute the GK plays the ball to the Centre back the striker presses
  • The striker is trying to protect the 2 Goals as best as possible

Coaching Points:

  • Receive the ball side on
  • Make sure angle to receive the ball in a position you can to attack

Method:

BLUE TEAM

  • The minute the ball goes into the small goal or out of play the coach in black plays the ball to the striker and the striker can attack and try score
  • he can score once he passes the green line

RED TEAM

  • transitioning in to defend
  • Centre backs come in tight together
  • one presses while the other one covers
  • trying to stop the striker from scorer

Coaching Points:


BLUE TEAM

  • counter attack quickly and with pace while the opposing team is disorganized.
  • test the keeper

RED TEAM

  •  communication is key. keeper must talk and get defenders in position and defenders talk to each other
  • Get Centre backs in tight.
  • one press and the other covers
