4v4 + 3 Breaking Line Game
Everything is a Competition: 6 Pts in 2 minutes: Run the difference.
Grid: 16 x 20 Yards
Rules:
- Unlimited to start, Outside Neutrals 1 touch, inside neutral 2 touches
- 1 point = 6 passes or going from 1 Neutral to the other
Progression:
- 1 Point = 6 passes, 2 Points = 1 N to other N + 1 touch lay off (pass must be negative back for support) finish in small goals, 1 touch finish
*add balls on ground if balls are going too high

Decision Making: recognizing when to go forward, when to circulate the ball to probe
Never play on the same lines. When do you provide support to target player? (as the ball is travelling) How should you receive the ball?

Breaking Lines w/ Bumpers Game 8+2T vs 8 +2T
Organization: 40x30 yards; 7 field players + gk + 2 Offensive Bumpers
4 x 3 min / 30 sec off
Rules: 3 touch max.
Scoring: 1 point if goal is scored. 2 points if it's a 3rd man run & came from Target.

7v7 or 9v9. Emphasis on Positive Transition.
2 x 10-15 min games.
One team works on winning the ball and creating scoring opportunity within 8 seconds (positive transition).
Other team just plays with emphasis on build the ball and avoiding long balls. That team also has to have every player pass the half way line in order for the goal to count

3v3 Flying Changes:
2 x 5 min games. 10 Goals in 5 minutes. Run the Difference
Switch sides so both teams work on scoring on big goal.
Organization:
30 x 40 Yard Grid. 3v2+1 Overload Flying Changes
Progression:
3v2+1: Closest player or person who shot the ball must touch both goal posts before returning to play. Offensive Team needs to take advantage.
Coaching Points-
ABC - Individual Players
Transition 'Light Switch' : Especially negative transition. When you build out, what's your response when you lose it.
Overload emphasis: good quick decision making in final third. Commit player by going at them so they are eliminated and play passes into space.

Breaking the Lines Game.
Organization: 11v11 in 55 x 40 yards.
Duration: 2 x 12 minutes.
Scoring: 1 point for 1 goal. 2 points if one touch finish. 3 points if you score within 5 seconds of winning the ball and finishing 1 touch.

1v1 + 2v1 To Goal (20 mins)
1v1 + 2v1 To big Goal from Wide areas.
Olders do 3v2 progression. With opposite side joining the attack.
4 blocks of 2 minutes. (attackers go to goal 2x and defenders 1)
Set-up: 25 yards from goal
Defender passes it to attackers and attacker drives at front foot and shoots on goal. Once that play is finished, defending line passes ball to next attacker who goes to goal with attacker and defender already in play.
Scoring:
Attackers scores a point if they score on goal.
Defenders scores if they clear the ball and 2 pts if they win possession cleanly and play to target.
Coaching Points:
Attackers drive at front foot when in space. Second attacker bend run to far side to create separation.
