Give & go exercise - free styling with one or two defenders.
Start with a single defender, and quickly increase difficulty by adding a second defender...
- A passes to B, and both A and C can start to position as how they desire
- B receives, drives the ball back a bit, and decides how to play next
- The defender(s) start at the dotted line, and are free to move after the pass from A to B.
Pointers:
- use the numeric advantage
Keep the defenders stable, and use new attacking groups (per round)
