7:55 - 8:05 Static Defending 2 v 2
Ball played between 2 players, other 2 react as 1st/2nd defender. Swap after 60 secs. Do 3 reps each pair.
1st defender - needs to close quickly, correct body positioning
2nd defender - needs to drop off and mark player, cover (2nd defender), block channel
NB: critical - see player AND ball, don't get caught ball watching

8:05-8:20pm Front 6 Defence - add player from 20s (Kaitlyn)
9 defenders (orange) v 8 attackers (yellow or no bibs) + 1 GK (2 if both available)
1) Without opposition 6 (Ange) dropping
2) With opposition 6 (Ange) dropping
3) No one can enter end zone until wide players receive ball (targets for 2 & 5)
4) 2 attackers & 2 defenders in end zone cannot leave zone at all
5) Play starts at defenders end

8:20-8:35pm Back 7 Defence
9 defenders (orange) v 8 attackers (yellow or no bibs) + 2 GKs
1) Recovering 7/11 if 2 or 5 overlap
2) With opposition 6 (Ange) dropping
3) No one can enter end zone until wide players receive ball
4) 2 attackers & 2 defenders in end zone cannot leave zone at all
5) Play starts at GK (Bron)

8:55-9:00pm Warm Down
9 defenders (orange) v 8 attackers (yellow or no bibs) + 2 GKs
No zonal restrictions (remove markers).
