Organization:

Instructions:
- A plays to B, B plays to C, C beats mannequin and strikes on goal.
- Rotation: A to B to C.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass / first touch.
- Quality of move to beat mannequin.
- Quality / decision making of finish (low and hard to far post, sneak near post, chip - based on GK's position and final touch.
- After given amount of time, switch sides (left to right / right to left).
- Change pattern to come inside.

Organization:

- If player A wins the ball, he plays back to either stationary player (player B or line at player A).

- Ability to recognize defender's momentum and body position in order to go down line or come inside.

Instructions:
- Coach plays ball into white team.
- White team attempts to keep possession 5 vs. 3. 5 passes for a point.
- Red team attempts to win the ball and play out to the red attackers (front 3).
- One red can join in the attack as well as one white from the rondo.
- Reds attempt to score in big goal. White attempts to win possession back and score in mini-goals.
Coaching Points:
- Ability to shift game and win the ball facing forward in rondo.
- Ability to play pass into front 3 players (decision making). Ability for front 3 to coordinate movement to receive.
- Movement of front 3 and one joining in based on ball and positioning of defenders. Angles and quality of movement.
- Understanding when to run beyond and when to support (especially wingers / player joining in).

- 3 teams of 4. 2 on, 1 off.
Instructions:
- Teams play 3 minute games. Team that wins stays on.
- Should there be a draw, the last team to win stays on.
