Each player with a ball

Rings of different collors

1 big goal and 2 small goals on the side

Players are asked to dribble to the cones in which Coach called the color to.

Different variations of Technique:

1-Circle around the ring (Inside turn, outside turn)

2-Futsal Rotation, rolling foot over the ball

3-Stop the ball in side the ring and pull it out

Do different rounds. After every round, coach can blow wislte and players need to go finish at the goals
