Warm up - Rotten egg (5 mins)

Setup

No sticks or balls needed, just a single bib
Players stand in a circle facing inwards with their hand behind their backs
Diameter of circle should be at least 5 metres, maybe more

Run this game for 5 mins

Game

To start the game, the coach hands the bib to one of the players

The player walks around the outside of the circle and puts the bib in the hands of one of the other players

The player receiving the bib must chase the other player for around the circle and try and catch the other player before they get back to their original space in the circle.

Player must complete at least on lap of the circle before returning to their starting place.

Once the players are back in position, the coach repeats the process.
