Description
This part of the session will take a more structured look, with players in groups of 2 being asked to perform the turns they learnt at a higher speed and with a more explosive burst after turning. Quality high repetition is essential.

Description
Opposed 1v1 practice. Players in groups of 4, with 2 playing and 2 resting. Ball starts with a pass from the defender, and the attacker upon receiving can score in either small goal. The aim is to encourage attacker to drive towards one goal then perform a quality turn to leave the defender and go to attack the opposite goal.

Description
Fully opposed 3v3 or 4v4 small sided game. Playing to end lines. Red team is attacking East and West, Blue team attacking North and South. Focus is on encouraging the correct decision when and where to turn, in order to exploit attacking the opposite line at speed.

Description
A simple warm up, each player with a ball dribbling around the area set up. Players will learn a variety of turning techniques and perform them on the coaches command at their own pace.
