Objective
Technical circut to focus on different ways to dribble and manipulate the ball
Duration: 20 minutes. Each round is 4 minutes with 1 minute rest and discuss changes or coaching
Description
Players divide up equally at each station. Players will work through each dribble pattern and rotate to the next. They will go at high intensity and rest after they've completed and rotated. Players will rotate to the right and go to the back of the next line.
Slalom poles: Players start either left or right and quickly explode around the poles.
Yellow hurdles: Players must push the ball through each hurdle with the correct weight and dribble to the next and repeat until finished and then dribble to the next line.
Red cones: Players on both sides will simply dribble cones as fast as possible. After every round, they will switch their dribble technique. Round 1: Alternating feet. Round 2: Roll overs. Round 3: Push-Pull. Round 4: Drag/Slide

Objective
Dribbling relay race to work on intensity and execution under timed pressure.
Duration: 10 - 15 minutes. Winner must win 3 rounds total
Description
Players divided up evenly behind each mannequin. Race: Players dribble through red cones and either go right or left and then around slalom poles going around mannequin before dribbling all the way back and passing to teammate who completes same sequences.
Rules: Players can only pass ball back to teammate when they've reached the red cones. Final player in relay must dribble back to finish.

Objective
Executing our dribbling to beat a defender in 1v1 situations
Duration: 20 minutes
Description
Players will go 1v1 in a 6W x 12H grid. Players will play the first to 3 successful points. Players must beat the opposition and dribble into the shaded area in complete control of the ball. Once they score, they maintain possession of the ball and continue to try and score on opposite end.
Winner moves up and loser moves down grids.

Warm Up (15 mins)
Description
Activation + Dynamic Stretching
Players start dribbling with the ball in marked out area. Confined spaced to force players to take positive touches and keep their head up so they do not run into other players.
Duration: 15 minutes
Every 90 seconds, players will follow the coaches stretching pattern for 30 seconds to 1 minute. and continue dribbling.
7 dribble patterns and 7 stretches
Dribble: Alternate feet, right only, left only, scrissors, pullback/cutback, body feint, combo (at speed).
Stretches: Open/close gates, kick outs, calf stretch, hamstring stretch, groin, lateral shuffle, personal stretch (Individually stretch what they need)
