Set Up: Area dependant on players, all players in Sq, add in a outside player who has a bib in hand. On coach call players run around area & avoid def who looks to throw bib & hit players body. If player gets hit by bib they perfrom a move eg hops. Keep rotating defenders.
Progression: Add in balls
